Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. « Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. « Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out.
